Where Clinical Practice
meets Progress
This project aims to encourage the submission
of PH Clinical Cases to foster
clinical discussion,
ultimately leading to improved PH
management and patient care.
About PH clinical cases
This project originated from a Portuguese initiative that brought together local experts to share their insights and address real-world challenges through the discussion of pulmonary hypertension clinical cases.
Today, we are scaling this experience to an international level, engaging specialists from 12 countries* to further enrich collaboration and knowledge sharing.
*Regional Cluster: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia

Facilitating direct exchange of insights on complex clinical cases.
Encourage young clinicians
To submit cases, advancing clinical research and mentorship-based learning.
Promote real-world experience
Sharing medical practice to improve patient care.
Improve PH management
Through the discussion of complex and atypical clinical cases.
Application period
The application period for the 1st Edition of Pulmonary Hypertension Clinical Cases runs from April 8 to June 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
Pulmonary Hypertension Clinical Cases will be evaluated and voted by an independent multi-country scientific committee composed of PH experts.
